TAMPA, FL., Feb. 23, 2007—Personal Memory Systems, Inc.,
an innovator in the development of futuristic technologies like Audio Memory
Systems, has acquired the intellectual property, operations and management
of Phone-Tag.com, wherein “taggers” play a cell-phone scavenger
hunt game for recognition and prizes, in a cash and stock transaction. Terms
of the transaction were not released.
Personal Memory System’s purchase of intellectual property related to
Phone-Tag’s product line, allows PMS the rights to own and produce Phone-Tag.com
related events. In addition, the management teams of both companies, now having
successfully worked together on the development of both company’s products,
have agreed to merge in an effort to provide optimal shareholder benefits as
they continue to develop future product offerings.

At this stage, the simplicity of a company combination offers us greater control
over product development strategies” said Christopher A. Harden, President
of Personal Memory Systems, Inc. and lead developer of Phone-Tag.com.
While it is currently the intention of both companies to change the parent
Company name to Phone-Tag; a name that best conveys the mounting interest in
their most recent product launch, further announcements regarding name and/or
operational expansion intentions are being withheld pending further shareholder
discussions. “We are anxious to evolve, but feel both Company and Shareholders
interests are best served when synergistic communications are allowed to occur”,
