You Can Now!
You can remember everything with which you come in
contact when you use your very own Audio Memory System.
We have designed it to be easy to use, since we know that’s
the only way you’ll continue to use it for the rest of your life!
Record 24hours a day / 7 days a week, or only when you need it.
Tailor your Audio Memory System to meet your needs.
What is it?
Audio Memory System (TM) is software that runs on your Windows Mobile
5.0 device. It may run on your Windows Mobile 3.0 or PocketPC device
too;
you can verify this by using the demo version discussed below. Personal
Memory Manager(TM) is software that runs on your Windows XP. Together
they provide a solution for you to record audio records of your day to
day activities, compress and encrypt those recordings, and save them
to your
harddrive
or a set of DVDs. Some users use the Audio Memory System as a better
voice recorder application for their WinMobile device rather than the
24hours/7days a week recording. They prefer to just record a meeting
or use Audio Memeory System's built in scheduler to only record from
8am to 5pm, for example.
How Do I use it?
|
| You wear a small PDA daily, recording all the time. |
Weekly, you upload, and Protect Your Memories. You can encrypt and lock them with a Thumbprint Scanner, so only you can hear them. |
You can return later and listen to memories from last week or years
ago! |

laptop.

Requirements
Audio Memory System Requirements:
- Windows Mobile 3.0 or 5.0 Smart Device (PDA, SmartPhone, ...)
- Built in Microphone
- Memory Card Expansion Slot (Secure Digital, Compact Flash, etc...)
4GB recommended for 24/7 recording, less if not planning to record
all the
time. Requires
28MB/Hour of recording.
Personal Memory Manager System Requirements:
- Windows XP Home/Pro
- Enough hard drive space to match the size of the media card used
in your smart device to record audio memories times 2. For example, if
you have a 1GB SD card, we recommend having atleast 2GB - 1GB temporary
holding space for the upload step, and 1GB to store 4 times as many
memories. (The compression is about 1/4th the size.)
- Media Card Reader/Writer (USB 2.0 or PCMCIA Recommended)
24/7 Lifestyle Recommendations
If you want to record your memories 24hours a day 7
days a week as conveniently as possible,
so that you're sure to continue using the device as
a personal memory system, we recommend outfitting your system in the
following fashion:
- Extended Battery. For example, the Dell Axim has
a 2200mAhr battery that lasts us all day long. We can charge up overnight,
and we never
miss an hour. Plug your charger in next to your bedside, that it becomes
a part of your nightly routine to plug in the device.
- 4GB Media Card. This allows us to record nearly
a week's worth of memories (just under 6 days) without having to upload
any memories to our PC.
- Setup a Schedule. If you shave off 4 hours from
your recording schedule (say 12am to 4am) you can get into a weekly
pattern of uploading files, say every Sunday night, so you get used
to doing
it.
- Cases. Purchase a wearable case, such as a case
with a beltclip. Make sure it can hold your extended battery. We have
consistently received quality products from http://www.senacases.com .
Be sure to get one that also has a microphone hole.
- Large External or Internal Hard Drive or DVD burner. Some
customers prefer to burn a DVD once a month to collect thier memories,
then clearup 4GB on their harddrives. Other customers have reported
a preference for using saving their output files to large harddrives.
